NexBid is an auction company, not a retail seller. All transactions are governed strictly by these auction terms.

💳 Payment Deadline & Accepted Methods

Payment Deadline:

Monday, February 16th by 2:00 PM (Central Time)

Cash
Wire Transfer
Zelle
Credit Card

15% Buyer’s Premium
12% Buyer’s Premium for Cash / Wire / Zelle Payments

🚫 NO CHECKS ACCEPTED — NO EXCEPTIONS

🚨 Payment Enforcement

ALL invoices must be paid by the stated deadline — including shipped or delayed-pickup items

Any unpaid invoice authorizes NexBid to automatically charge the card on file

Charges may be processed in full or partial amounts until the balance is paid

NexBid may attempt daily charges until payment is complete

Invoices over $9,500.00 must be paid by wire transfer or cash

📦 Shipping Terms & Deadlines

Shipping Timeline

Due to post-auction processing and scheduling, shipping will begin February 27th and continue through the following week.

Shipping timelines are estimates only and may be affected by:

Carrier availability
Weather conditions
Freight schedules
Seasonal or carrier backlogs

📦 Shipping Policy — READ CAREFULLY

NexBid is an auction company, not a retailer

Shipping is offered as a courtesy only and is not a condition of bidding

Shipping is a separate transaction from the auction sale

Estimated shipping timelines are not guaranteed ship dates

Buyers may choose local pickup if shipping delays are unacceptable

Shipping delays do NOT qualify for refunds, chargebacks, bid cancellations, or disputes

📌 All shipments travel at the buyer’s risk
Shipping insurance is strongly recommended.

📦 Packing & Freight Terms

Packing Fees Apply To:

Freight shipments
Ground shipments containing fragile or breakable items

Freight Liability

Buyers are responsible for additional charges caused by:

Rescheduled delivery attempts
Incorrect delivery addresses
Failure to be present at delivery

🚨 Failure to pay shipping-related charges within 48 hours authorizes NexBid to charge the card on file.

Freight Deliveries

Freight shipments do NOT include inside delivery

Liftgate or inside delivery fees are additional if required

All sales are final once the auction closes

Descriptions and photos are provided to the best of our ability and do not constitute guarantees

📌 Bidder Responsibility & Account Use

It is the bidder’s sole responsibility to:

Inspect items prior to bidding
Verify condition, age, completeness, and suitability
Secure their account, login credentials, devices, and payment methods
Control who has access to their account or devices

🚫 Failure to inspect, shared device use, third-party access, or claims of confusion do NOT relieve payment obligation.

🚫 No Post-Auction Bid Reversals

The following are NOT grounds for invoice modification or refunds:

Buyer’s remorse
Bidding in error
Claims of third-party account access

📌 Once a bid is placed, it is final and binding

📌 Used & Surplus Equipment Disclaimer

Items may be used, surplus, or untested

No performance guarantees are implied

Transport, staging, or handling may affect condition

“New” or “Unused” means not operated — not manufacturer-warrantied

💰 Chargebacks, Disputes & Enforcement

🚨 Chargebacks & Disputes Are Strictly Prohibited

All sales are final

By bidding, buyers waive all rights to chargebacks or payment disputes

Violations may result in:

Immediate account suspension
Collections
Legal action

Automatic Charges

Cards on file may be charged automatically for unpaid invoices after the payment deadline.

Late Payment Fees

$25 per day, per invoice

Fees continue until balance is paid

Partial payments do not stop fee accrual

Collections & Legal Action

Invoices unpaid after 14 days may be sent to collections

Balances over $2,500 may result in legal action

📜 Auction Integrity & Legal Authority

NexBid and/or consignors may modify or remove listings prior to auction close

Per UCC 2-328, NexBid may place bids on behalf of absentee or reserve bidders

Auctions may be extended due to technical issues, suspected fraud, or platform disruptions

Soft-close extensions apply to last-second bids

🚨 ZERO TOLERANCE FOR SHILL BIDDING

Including:

Bidding without intent to pay
Manipulative or bad-faith bidding
Any attempt to undermine auction integrity

Violators will be permanently banned and may face legal action.
