The Quik n' Crispy GF5 greaseless fryer is an ideal unit for quick-service locations because it fully cooks food quickly and without the need for oils. The unit includes a basket set with handles attachments; assembly is required and when completed, it measure 161/2 inches wide by 161/2 inches deep by 3 inches high.
The Quik n' Crispy GF5 fryer has an LCD touchscreen controller where staff can select between 15 programs, which can be altered as needed. Additionally, recipes can be imported and exported via the USB port. A rocker switch below the controls turns the unit on and off as needed. Included with the unit is a drip tray, three-piece air plenum, removable front panel, adjustable legs, wire brush, scraper, and installation kit.
