We’ll be listing non-stop up until Sunday — this auction will feature over 450 lots including small tools, electric motors, spare parts, and complete production systems.
NOTE: We will have forklifts on site to load up palletable sized items onto your vehicle. The forklifts will not be able to be used to assist on long term tear downs such as cranes, and production lines and sit tied up for lengthy dismatling.
This major industrial facility ceased operations at this location in 2020. The original owners had planned to sell the building along with the remaining equipment intact, but those plans changed. The new property owners have elected to clear the building entirely and repurpose it for warehouse leasing — meaning everything must go to allow renovations and site transition to begin.

Items such as kilns, presses, baghouses, and production lines have extended removal windows ranging from 2 to 4 weeks from 6am-2pm with scheduled appointments. Each item includes its own designated removal timeframe and instructions. Please read lot details carefully.
🚚 This is a full facility liquidation — buyers are responsible for removing their own items. Bring your own tools, crew, trucks, and rigging gear. No on-site loading assistance will be provided other than for loading into your vehicle with forklift
