This major industrial facility ceased operations at this location in 2020. The original owners had planned to sell the building along with the remaining equipment intact, but those plans changed. The new property owners have elected to clear the building entirely and repurpose it for warehouse leasing — meaning everything must go to allow renovations and site transition to begin.

Shipping Timeline:

• Shipments will start being packed the week following auction checkout (July 14th- July 18th and start shipping out July 18th through the following week ).

Unpaid Invoices & Collections:

• If an invoice remains unpaid after 14 days, it will be sent to collections.
• Any unpaid invoice over $2,500 will result in legal action.
