Unless prior arrangements have been made for shipping or storage, any items not removed by the deadline will revert back to the seller, and no refunds will be owed or due to the buyer.

This is a Soft Close Auction
Any bids placed in the last 3 minutes of a lot closing will extend bidding for that lot by 3 minutes to give it a more live auction bidding feel.

Non-Performing Bidders:

Any non-performing bidder will be charged a 50% invoice fee for any invoice not paid by the deadline and will have 14 days to pay that invoice before being sent to collections. If the amount is over $2,500.00, a suit will be filed.

• Freight shipments with LTL carriers DO NOT include indoor delivery... if this is required, there is an additional charge from the carrier
