Unless prior arrangements have been made for shipping or storage, any items not removed by the deadline will revert back to the seller, and no refunds will be owed or due to the buyer.

Any non-performing bidder will be charged a 50% invoice fee for any invoice not paid by the deadline and will have 14 days to pay that invoice before being sent to collections. If the amount is over $2,500.00, a suit will be filed.

- Shipments start on Friday November 22nd and continue through the following Wednesday November 27th.
- Freight shipments with LTL carriers DO NOT include indoor delivery... if this is required, there is an additional charge from the carrier
