Unless prior arrangements have been made for shipping or storage, any items not removed by the deadline will revert back to the seller, and no refunds will be owed or due to the buyer.

Any non-performing bidder will be charged a 50% invoice fee for any invoice not paid by the deadline and will have 14 days to pay that invoice before being sent to collections. If the amount is over $2,500.00, a suit will be filed.

- Shipping is NOT INCLUDED in your winning bid and must be requested and paid for by the Buyer
- We do not start packing shipments until the week following auction checkout week (week of December 2nd, 2024)
- Shipments start on Friday December 6th and continue through the following Wednesday, December 11th.
- Flooring shipments will be packed between Friday, December 20th and Friday, December 27th
- Flooring shipments will be shipped starting Thursday, December 26th and continue through the following Tuesday, December 31st.
- Freight shipments with LTL carriers DO NOT include indoor delivery... if this is required, there is an additional charge from the carrier
