Unless prior arrangements have been made for shipping or storage, any items not removed by the deadline will revert back to the seller, and no refunds will be owed or due to the buyer.

Non-Performing Bidders:

Any non-performing bidder will be charged a 50% invoice fee for any invoice not paid by the deadline and will have 14 days to pay that invoice before being sent to collections. If the amount is over $2,500.00, a suit will be filed.

• Shipping is NOT INCLUDED in your winning bid and must be requested and paid for by the Buyer
• We do not start packing shipments until the week following auction checkout week (week of January 13th, 2025)
  
• Shipments start on Friday January 17th and continue through the following Wednesday January 22nd.
• Freight shipments with LTL carriers DO NOT include indoor delivery... if this is required, there is an additional charge from the carrier, so please let us know if you need this service.
