Pickup for this Auction Will Be:

Monday, December 9th from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Tuesday, December 10th from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Wednesday December 11th from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Shipments will start getting packed the week after auction checkout week. (December 16th-18th)

NO EXCEPTIONS.
Unless prior arrangements have been made for shipping or storage, any items not removed by the deadline will revert back to the seller, and no refunds will be owed or due to the buyer.

Storage fee is $25 per pallet space per week. Please email info@NexBid.com to request storage.

This is a Soft Close Auction
Any bids placed in the last 3 minutes of a lot closing will extend bidding for that lot by 3 minutes to give it a more live auction bidding feel.

Cash or Credit Card ONLY.
Any invoice over $7,500.00 must be paid by wire transfer or cash.

All items are sold as-is, where-is.

NexBid and its consignors reserve the right to:

Remove any and all items from a sale at any time.
Bid on behalf of the seller to assist in meeting the reserve.
Extend the closing date if needed.

Important Note on Payments & Pickup:

If you pay with a credit card online after the sale and you want to send someone to pick up your items on your behalf, please send us an email stating:

Your registered bidder's first and last name
The full name of the party picking up on your behalf.

Liability Disclaimer:

Bidder agrees to hold NexBid harmless for any failure to execute a bid for any reason, including but not limited to:

Internet outages
Software issues
Computer crashes
Any other unforeseen issues

Buyer agrees and understands that NexBid is not liable or responsible for:

Shipping delays
Damages during shipping

Buyer chooses to have items shipped at their own risk and NexBid will be held harmless in the event of any:

Loss
Delay
Damage from shipments with carriers

It is strongly advised that buyers choose to pay for shipping insurance for their shipments.

Non-Performing Bidders:

Any non-performing bidder will be charged a 50% invoice fee for any invoice not paid by the deadline and will have 14 days to pay that invoice before being sent to collections. If the amount is over $2,500.00, a suit will be filed.

PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU HAVE NO INTENTION OF PAYING.
This is not a retail store, and this is not an eBay listing. This is an online auction with specific terms outlined that you agree to before bidding.

Please note:

Shipping is NOT INCLUDED in your winning bid and must be requested and paid for by the Buyer
We do not start packing shipments until the week following auction checkout week (week of November 18th, 2024)
Shipments start on Friday November 22nd and continue through the following Wednesday November 27th.
Freight shipments with LTL carriers DO NOT include indoor delivery... if this is required, there is an additional charge from the carrier

NexBid offers to assist buyers with shipping as a courtesy. We are not the shippers or carriers and are not responsible for damages, delays, or any issues with shipping. Buyer agrees and understands that NexBid is not liable or responsible for shipping delays or damages during shipping. It is strongly advised that buyers choose to pay for shipping insurance for their shipments.
