ALL ITEMS are SOLD AS IS, WHEREIS, With NO WARRANTY EXPRESSED or IMPLIED

NEXBID and its consignors reserve the right to:

  • Remove any and all items from a sale at any time.
  • Bid on behalf a call in bidder that may be experiencing Inernet issues, may not be proficient with internet auctions and need assistance, or behalf of seller to assist in meeting the reserve.
  • Extend the closing date if needed.

Important Note on Payments & Pickup:

If you pay with a credit card online after the sale and you want to send someone to pick up your items on your behalf, please send us an email stating:

  • Your registered bidder's first and last name
  • The full name of the party picking up on your behalf.

Liability Disclaimer:

Bidder agrees to hold NEXBID harmless for any failure to execute a bid for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Internet outages
  • Software issues
  • Computer crashes
  • Any other unforeseen issues

NEXBID and its consignors reserve the right to remove any and all items from a sale at any time, bid on behalf of the seller to assist in meeting the reserve and extend or change the closing date if needed.

 

ITEMS BEING SHIPPED

Buyer agrees and understands that NEXBID is not liable or responsible for:

  • Shipping delays
  • Damages during shipping

Buyer chooses to have items shipped at their own risk and NEXBID will be held harmless in the event of any:

  • Loss
  • Delay
  • Damage from shipments with carriers

It is strongly advised that buyers choose to pay for shipping insurance for their shipments.

  • Availability of forklift or loading dock at delivery address (for freight shipments)

Non-Performing Bidders:

Any non-performing bidder will be charged a 50% invoice fee for any invoice not paid by the deadline and will have 14 days to pay that invoice before being sent to collections. If the amount is over $2,500.00, a suit will be filed.

PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU HAVE NO INTENTION OF PAYING.
This is not a retail store, and this is not an eBay listing. This is an online auction with specific terms outlined that you agree to before bidding.

Shipping Process Reminder:

Please note:

  • We do not start packing shipments until the week following auction checkout week.
  • Shipments start on that Friday and continue through the following Wednesday.

NEXBID offers to assist buyers with shipping as a courtesy. We are not the shippers or carriers and are not responsible for damages, delays, or any issues with shipping. Buyer agrees and understands that NEXBID is not liable or responsible for shipping delays or damages during shipping.
