Friday August 23rd from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Shipments will start getting packed the week after auction checkout week.

NO EXCEPTIONS.
Unless prior arrangements have been made for shipping or storage, any items not removed by the deadline will revert back to the seller, and no refunds will be owed or due to the buyer.

This is a Soft Close Auction
Any bids placed in the last 2 minutes of a lot closing will extend bidding for that lot by 3 minutes to give it a more live auction bidding feel.

Payment Terms:

Cash or Credit Card ONLY.
Any invoice over $7,500.00 must be paid by wire transfer or cash.

All items are sold as-is, where-is.

Remove any and all items from a sale at any time.
Bid on behalf buyers who have limited capabilities, handicaps, or issues with internet. Bidders requesting our assistance on bidding on their behalf still abide by the terms and conditions of the auction, additionally we may bid on behalf of the seller to assist in meeting the reserve.
Extend the closing date if needed.

If you pay with a credit card online after the sale and you want to send someone to pick up your items on your behalf, please send us an email stating:

Your registered bidder's first and last name
The full name of the party picking up on your behalf.

Liability Disclaimer:

Bidder agrees to hold NexBid harmless for any failure to execute a bid for any reason, including but not limited to:

Internet outages
Software issues
Computer crashes
Any other unforeseen issues

Shipping delays
Damages during shipping

Buyer chooses to have items shipped at their own risk and NexBid will be held harmless in the event of any:

Loss
Delay
Damage from shipments with carriers

It is strongly advised that buyers choose to pay for shipping insurance for their shipments.

Non-Performing Bidders:

Any non-performing bidder will be charged a 50% invoice fee for any invoice not paid by the deadline and will have 14 days to pay that invoice before being sent to collections. If the amount is over $2,500.00, a suit will be filed.
